Note: To reset your password, you must be able to receive emails to the email address that you use for accessing your Papertrail account.  A common reason why a user is unable to access their account is that they are not using the correct email address at the log in screen.

If you are unable to log in you can request a password reset email at or click on the link on the log in page.

Still not receiving the reset email?

  • Ensure you are using the correct email address (search for a previous email from us to that email address to confirm it).
  • Check your 'Spam' filter to see if it is there.
  • If you have an IT department check with them to ensure is a white or greylisted address.
  • Occasionally, the password reset email may take a few minutes to arrive, please be patient.

Please ensure you follow the instructions within 1 hour of receiving the password reset message.  After this period of time the link sent will not work and you must request another reset message.
