Papertrail is designed to be simple and intuitive to use, but sometimes we all forget how to do something; particularly when it's not a regular task.
Although we at Papertrail are client centric and are only too pleased to help you by answering any questions you may have, we are not able to be here 24x7, especially if you are in a completely different time zone to us :-). To help you get past this we've put a lot of effort into writing articles explaining most of the things you may want to do with Papertrail.
To help you find our help desk simply:
1 . Click on your Avatar at the top right of the Papertrail page - this is either a photo of you or a coloured circle containing your initials.
2 . A drop-down menu will appear.
3 . Now click where it says Help Centre...
