If you have a long list of tasks open at once, you may want to filter the Task Manager view to make it easier for you to find particular ones.

Click on Tasks on the left hand panel. Then click on the Filters button in the right hand corner. Here you can select to see tasks according to:

  • Assignee (who should carry out the task)

  • Creator (who made the task in Papertrail)

  • State

The default view is set to tasks that are currently Open or Pending. Select Closed to view the tasks that have been marked as complete. You can also find them in the relevant record history.

You can also sort the current view of tasks using the Sort button next to Filter. Choose whether to display the tasks in ascending or descending order of either created date, deadline date or title.
