How to add notes in your Papertrail account
By default, all users can add notes to any Papertrail record that they have permission to view. To add notes, select the record or records which you would like to add a note to:
and click on the dropdown arrow and and select the 'Add Notes' option:
Once you have done this, a box containing the note form for each selected record will appear:
You can then add the comment and/or add a photo or file (click on the green down arrow if you want to copy the note to all entries) before clicking save to complete the action.
