Your Papertrail dashboard gives you an overview of the state of your health & safety records, showing you instantly which records are due for inspection and which are overdue. This makes it easy to prioritise which records to inspection first, saving time and reducing risk.
Below is an example of what you might see when you log in to your Papertrail account:
- The Yellow counts are the number of records due for inspection
- The Red counts are the number of records overdue for inspection
Click on the filter names to see all of your organisations' records which are marked in that state. You can also view the records that have been retired, archived, quarantined (temporarily removed from use), missing or that require further monitoring.
The six most recent activities on your account will be displayed here. If your account has more than one user, you can filter the view.
To find out more about this display, head to our article 'What is the future inspections widget?'.
From your dashboard, you can also navigate to folders on the left-hand side, search for a record in the top right corner or view your account settings (if you are an Administrator) by clicking the cog icon in the lower left corner.
