Before learning how to Unshare Records you may want to know How to Share them with PartnerHub.

Unsharing Records from Record View

You can revoke access to specific items directly from your main workspace.

  1. Select Records: Check the box next to the record(s) you wish to unshare.

  2. Action Menu: Open the dropdown action menu and select - Unshare Selected Items.

  1. Side Drawer: The "Unshare Selected Items" menu will slide in.

  2. Select Partner: Choose the Partner you wish to unshare these specific records with.

  3. Confirm: Click the Unshare Records button.

A green confirmation message will pop up once the process is complete.

Audit Logs and Data History

Transparency is vital for compliance. When a record is unshared:

  • Activity Feed: You can see who unshared the record, which account was affected, and the exact date/time.

  • Read-Only Snapshots: The partner retains a read-only version of the data exactly as it existed at the moment of unsharing. This serves as a permanent audit log for the period they had access.

Filtering by Sharing Status

To see exactly what is shared and with whom, use the PartnerHub Icon in your Filters menu.
