Option 1: Create Your Own with Checklist Editor
You can create and manage your own custom checklists directly within your account if you have the Checklist Editor feature enabled.
Checklist Editor is an add-on available for all subscription types.

Option 2: Let Us Create It For You
If you prefer, we can create custom checklists for you. In addition to our list of standard and manufacturer checklists, our team can build bespoke checklists to cover anything that needs inspecting, from components on a chainsaw to rooms in a building.
If you find that you are using many records to represent a single inspection process (like checking various parts of a vehicle), a custom checklist can combine these steps into one efficient record, saving you time and money.
Key Features of Custom Checklists
Structure: Checklists consist of an overall heading, distinct section headings, and individual checks.
Check Types: You can choose between tick box (simple pass/fail) or multiple-choice checks to suit your requirements.
Information: You can include a description for each section and add further information for individual checks, viewable by clicking the ℹ️ icon next to the check.
The Custom Checklist Creation Process
The process for our team creating a custom checklist is as follows:
Submission: Send us your existing checklists in a text or spreadsheet format.
Review and Consultation: We review them to best fit your needs and discuss any issues or limitations with you.
Quotation: We provide a quote for a one-off admin fee, which depends on the length and complexity of the checklists.
Creation: We create the checklists and assign them to your account.
Testing and Approval: You test the new checklists on temporary test records and then request or approve any final changes.
