Step by Step - Edit a single record
First, locate the record you want to amend. Click into the record and find the field you want to edit. Click to the right of the field name to add or change information.
Please note - If you don't see the field that you are looking for, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click on Show all fields.
To save your changes, click anywhere outside the dialogue box and your update will save automatically. You will see the edit appear in the Record History on the right hand side.
Step by Step - Edit multiple records
Navigate to the folder that contains the records you want to edit.
Select the records you want to edit using the tick box. Click on the ▼ dropdown arrow next to Add X inspections, click Edit followed by Select field to edit.
Choose which field you want to edit.
You will then be asked to edit the value or date (depending on the field you have chosen).
Once you change the value or date, you can click Save and all the records selected will be updated.
