Analytics is a new reporting tool available to those on our Equipment, Compliance and Risk Management Packages.
Once enabled on your subscription, the Analytics tab will appear within the accounts under that subscription, on the left hand panel on the web application.
Click onto the Analytics tab. If you have access to more than one report, you will be able to select a report using the drop down option in the top left hand corner. Depending on the report, you can change the date range in the right hand corner.
Analytics reports that are currently available:
General Account Analytics
Inventory Value Analytics
Staff Competency Report
Please note - Analytics reports update every hour so there will be a slight delay between updates made in the account versus what is shown on the reports.
General Report Analytics
Available to those on Equipment, Compliance and Risk Management Packages
Suitable for all accounts modules
Displays counts of active records and users
Task Manager assessment, showing open tasks and closed tasks
Inspection outcomes showing positive and negative sentiments
Inventory Value Report Analytics
Available to those on Compliance and Risk Management Packages
Suitable for the Tools, Vehicles and Equipment account modules
Displays total inventory value
Total record count showing records with recorded inventory values and records with missing values
Inventory value and record count segmented by state
Inventory value by folder
Value of inventory with a currency breakdown, applicable for multi-currency clients
Please note - records will only appear on this report if the Purchase price field is filled in on the record
Staff Competency Report Analytics
Available to those on Compliance and Risk Management Packages
Suitable for the Staff Competency account module
View how many staff you have in your account
How many staff are valid or invalid
State of staff qualifications
Custom Analytics Reports
If you have specific requirements which are not covered by our standard analytics reports we can offer a bespoke solution.
