If Papertrail is not responding or taking a while to login, you may need to clear your browser's cache.

First, try to refresh your page. If this does not solve the issue, please clear your web browser's cache.

In most computer-based web browsers, you can open the menu to clear cache by pressing Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac). If you do not find it, search your browser's Help menu for 'clear cache'.

If this does not work, it is possible something has changed in your organisation's IT system. In this case, you should contact your organisation's IT support.
