This sort of problem is usually caused by something being stuck in a cache somewhere. Try the following suggestions in order and see if they solve the problem:

  1. Refresh the page (press F5 or click the refresh button beside the address bar)

  2. Try pressing Ctrl + F5 or pressing Ctrl and clicking the refresh button

  3. Try pressing Shift + F5 or pressing Shift and clicking the refresh button

If none of these works or helps, it is possible something has changed in your IT system such as your IT team adding firewall rules that may preventing your browser accessing Papertrail. In this case, you should contact your organisation's IT support.
