Step by Step
First, select the Folders tab on the bottom panel and navigate to the record you want to clone. Alternatively, you can search for the record using the search icon in the top right hand corner.
Once you've located your record, select it by clicking on the Circle on the left of the record. If you want to clone multiple records, select more than one in the list. Click on the Three Dots in the top right hand corner of the screen.
You should then be given the option to Clone.
You can make multiple copies of the records you have selected. Change the quantity to the number of copies you would like and click Save.
Cloned records will contain the exact same details as the original record but the name will have an indicator that it has been cloned e.g. '-1'. You may want to change the record name to remove this.
Please note - All fields will be cloned, with the exception of the Next Check Date. The Next Check Date will revert based on the frequency from today's date and would need to be changed manually. Make sure you update any unique identifiers on the cloned record.
