Your Papertrail account provides some standard states and inspection frequencies.
The default states are:
- Checked - Good
The default frequencies are:
- Every 2 Years
- Every 3 Years
- Every Monday
- First Monday of every month
If you would like to have a state or inspection frequency which is not offered as standard, for instance the state 'In storage', or a frequency such as 'Second Tuesday of every month', then please contact us to discuss your needs.
Can I change frequencies myself?
You can extend or shorten the date to be reminded that an inspection is due or the deadline to complete the next inspection for a one-off instance yourself, e.g. if you want to be reminded to inspect your kit before going on holiday.
To do this, click into a record and select the field 'Notify date' or 'Next check date' and change the date accordingly.
Once the inspection has been completed, a default next inspection date and notify due date will be allocated automatically based on the inspection frequency.
