Adding custom states and frequencies to your account

Default states and frequencies vary depending on which account template/s you have in your subscription. If you are interested to learn more about our different account templates, please click here.

Custom settings

If you would like to have a state or inspection frequency which is not offered as standard, please contact us to discuss your needs.

Can I change frequencies myself?

You can change the Notify date and Next check date for a one-off instance. For example, if you want to be reminded to inspect your kit before going on holiday. 

Once the inspection has been completed, a default next inspection date and notify due date will be allocated automatically based on the inspection frequency.
