If you go to papertrail.io and all you can see is this:

Clearing your browser's cache normally solves this problem.

In most computer-based web browsers, you can open the menu to clear cache by pressing Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac). If you do not find it, search your browser's Help menu for 'clear cache'.
