Billing dates depend on whether you have signed up with an annual or monthly plan.
If you are on a monthly plan, you will be billed when you purchase a subscription for the first time, then on the same day of the month.
If you are on an annual plan, you will be billed on your anniversary date a year after you signed up.
If you need to switch from an annual to a monthly plan (or vice versa) just get in contact with us before your renewal so we can make the necessary changes. You will receive a renewal reminder email 30 days before renewal.
If you need a purchase order number adding to the invoice in order to process it, please let us know as soon as possible.
