As the owner of a Papertrail subscription you can view all the important details such as billing details, number of records used and all the accounts you have set up under that subscription.
From your log-in page you will be able to see a list of all the accounts you have been invited to and below this you will also see your subscriptions.
If you don't see any names under the subscription heading, you are not an owner. If you are unsure who the owner is for your subscription, please get in contact with us on the details below and we can sort this for you.
Click the name of the subscription to view the details for it.
The first page is Settings and here you can view:
- The name of the subscription (click Edit details to change it)
- Which plan you are on
- The number of records used and your record allowance total
- The number of users used and your user allowance total
- A link to contact us to discuss changes to your subscription
- Billing details and payment details
- Recent invoices
You can also explore more via the options in the menu on the left hand side.
Click Accounts to view a list of accounts in your subscription. Each name is a link to that account. You can also create a new account here with the New account button.
Choose Invoices to view the details of recent invoices including invoice number, dates, amount and status. You can use the Download button to save invoices as pdf files.
Lastly, the Owners page will show the pending, active and suspended subscription owners. You can have more than one subscription owner; please be aware that anyone named as an owner can authorise changes to the allowance and billing amounts or delete and create accounts. Click + Invite an owner to email them an invitation link.
