Step by Step

First, login to Papertrail. Click on your avatar in the top right hand corner and select Profile.

From there, select Password on the left hand side panel. Enter your current password followed by your new password (twice). Click Save to save the changes

Please note - Your password must be at least 8 characters and a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

If you can't remember your password, please reset your password.
