If you've tried to login to Papertrail but are getting the message Login failed, you may have forgotten your password and need to reset it.
Please note - to reset your password, you must be able to receive and access emails at the address you registered with. If you can't remember your email address, please contact us.
To reset your password, click on the Reset here link on the login page, or click on this link.
After you have entered your email address and clicked Send address reset link, an email will be sent to you within a few minutes with a link to reset your password.
Please ensure you follow the instructions within 60 minutes of receiving the password reset link. After this time period, the link will not be valid and you must request another link.
Not received the reset email?
Ensure you are using the correct email address. We advise searching for a previous email from Papertrail to confirm you are using the correct email address
Check your Spam filter to see if the email is there
If you have an IT department, check with them to ensure Papertrail.io is a white or greylisted address.
If none of these work, please contact us. We don't hold any password details but we can send a link manually.
There is a similarly titled server cloud hosted log management company called Papertrail.com. If you are a user of this programme you will need to visit their site to reset your password.
