If you've tried to log in to Papertrail but are getting the message 'Login failed', you may have forgotten your password and need to reset it.
Note: To reset your password, you must be able to receive and access emails at the address that you first registered on Papertrail with. A common reason why you might be unable to access your account is that you are not using the correct email address at the log in screen.
To reset your password, click on the Forgot password? link at the base of the the login page, or click on this link.
An email should be sent to you within a few minutes with a link to reset your password and log in.
Please ensure you follow the instructions within 60 minutes of receiving the password reset message. After this period of time the link sent will not work and you must request another reset message.
Not received the reset email?
- Ensure you are using the correct email address (search for a previous email from Papertrail to that email address to confirm it).
- Check your Spam filter to see if the email is there.
- If you have an IT department, check with them to ensure Papertrail.io is a white or greylisted address.
If none of these work, get in touch with us using the contact details below and we will be able to help you reset your password. We don't hold any password details but we can send a link manually.
