Note: You must have Administrator permissions to update these settings.
📍 How to Update Your Company Address
The address entered here will automatically appear on all generated inspection certificates.
Click the Settings (cog icon) in the bottom-left corner of your dashboard.
Select General account settings.
Enter your details in the Company Address field.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
🖼️ How to Add Your Company Logo
If you want your company logo and address displayed on your account/s and inspection certificates, please follow the steps below.
You need to be an administrator to do this. For the best results on digital and printed certificates, we recommend using a high-resolution image file.
In the General account settings menu, locate the Add account logo button on the right-hand side.
Upload your image file.
Review the preview and click Save to confirm (or Cancel to choose a different file).
