How to Log In via SSO
To get started, simply visit the Papertrail login screen as you normally would.
β
Select Your Provider: Click either Sign in with Microsoft or Sign in with Google.
Authentication: * If you are already logged in to your Microsoft or Google account in your browser, you will be redirected straight to your Papertrail homepage.
βIf you are not logged in, you will be taken to your provider's secure sign-in screen to enter your credentials.
Automatic Redirect: Once authenticated, you will land directly on your Papertrail dashboard.
β οΈ Email Matching: Your Papertrail login email address must match your Microsoft or Google account email address exactly. If they differ, the SSO process will not be able to identify your user profile.
Why Use SSO?
Simplicity: No need to remember or reset a unique Papertrail password.
Enhanced Security: Benefit from the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and security protocols already established by your organisation.
Faster Access: One-click entry to your compliance and safety records.
β
Single Sign-On (SSO) is an alternative way to login to your Papertrail account with your organisation's Microsoft login, meaning that you will no longer need separate login details to access Papertrail.
