If you know that you've previously archived a record and now need to find it to check a few details or for audit purposes, you can view all the Archived records in your account by using the Filter menu.
The Filter menu is found on the left hand side of the screen, with the funnel icon.
Once you've clicked on the icon, the filter options appear. The option you need is Archived.
N.B. the Retire option will show the active records that are due for retirement soon, not the ones already archived.
When you click on the Archived filter option, a box should display at the top of the page to let you know that the filter is turned on.
You can now navigate around the account as normal, but the only records that will appear are the ones that have been assigned the state 'Retired' in the latest inspection.
Use the folder menu at the top of the page or the left hand side to navigate to the folders that you need.
If you need to return to your active records, click the cross next to the filter box to remove it or click Clear all.
