In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we require a minimum of 60 days' notice prior to the end of your initial subscription or renewal period. Once notified, we will schedule your subscription to terminate at the end of the relevant period.

It is essential to export your data before your subscription expires to ensure you retain your professional records. Taking this step is crucial for:

  • Data Preservation: Once your subscription ends, access to your data will be restricted. A preemptive export ensures you keep your legal records.

  • Security: Securely saving your information protects you from data loss.

  • Future Use: Having your data stored safely makes it much easier to re-import should you choose to reactivate Papertrail in the future.
