Need to perform multiple actions on records from different folders? Try Collections!
Collections will now appear as a clipboard icon on the top right next to the search bar and 'scan to find records'. Simply clicking on the icon will take you to your account collection page.
How to add and remove records from a collection
From the record view you can simply select the records you would like to add and click the actions dropdown menu where you can add or remove records from your collection.
How to perform actions on a collection
Simply navigate to your collection by clicking on the collections icon, here you will see a record view of the items you have added to your collection along with the actions dropdown menu. You can now perform a number of actions on your collection of records from one central place, including add tags, set identifiers, add inspections and print/export the collection.
How to clear a collection
On your collection page you will see a list of icons at the top right hand size, which includes the clear collection button. With one click you can clear your collection once you have performed all the actions on it that you require and start a new collection with a different selection of records.
