Use Collections to Perform Bulk Actions Across Multiple Folders
Collections allow you to gather records from multiple folders into a single location, making it easy to perform bulk actions on a diverse selection of items.
1. Accessing Collections
Collections are represented by a clipboard icon 📋 and are located at the top right of your screen, next to the search bar and 'Scan to find records' button.
Click the icon to navigate directly to your Collection page.
2. Adding or Removing Records
You can manage which records are in your collection directly from any record view.
Select the records you wish to include or exclude.
Click the Actions dropdown menu.
Select Add to Collection or Remove from Collection.
3. Performing Actions on Your Collection
Once records are added, you can perform bulk actions on the entire selection from one central place.
Navigate to your Collection page using the clipboard icon 📋
You will see all added records in a single view.
Use the Actions dropdown menu to perform tasks like:
Add tags
Set identifiers
Add inspections
Print/Export the collection
4. Clearing Your Collection
When you have completed all necessary actions on the collected records, you can quickly clear the list.
Navigate to your Collection page using the clipboard icon 📋
Locate and click the Clear Collection button (found in the list of icons at the top right).
This removes all records from the collection, allowing you to start a new selection.
