IMPORTANT: this feature will only work when the mobile app is online.
Step by Step
From the dashboard, select the folder tab shown below
Once in the folders view, select the 3 dots which appear in the top right corner of your device.
You will now be prompted with the option to Add Folder.
In the window that appears you can now enter a name and description for the folder. Click Create in the top right corner of your device to create the folder.
You will now see your folder in the folders view.
If you want to create a sub-folder, first click into the folder that you want it to sit under then follow the steps above to create it.
At the moment you can only change the user access settings for each folder using the web app instead of the mobile.
