If you haven't yet added any records to a folder, you can delete it in a few clicks.
Click into the folder that you want to delete, then click the ▼ drop down arrow next to the folder name in the top bar. In the options displayed, click on Delete.
In the mobile app, again navigate into the folder that you want to delete.
Click the three dots ... symbol in the top right corner and choose the Manage folder option, then click on the red Delete folder option and Confirm deletion.
If after pressing Delete or Confirm you receive an error message, it means there are already records (active or archived) or other subfolders in this folder. You will need to move your records or the sub-folders out of the folder into another one first in order to successfully delete your folder.
