Step by step

Once you have logged in, click on the folder you would like to delete from the Folders tab on the left hand side. Click the ▼ drop down arrow next to the folder name in the top bar. In the options displayed, click Delete.

If you have no archived or active records within the account, the folder will now be deleted.

Mobile app

Step by step

From the dashboard, click the Folders tab on the bottom panel and navigate to the folder that you want to delete.

Click on the Three dots icon in the top right corner. Click Manage folder.

Click Delete Folder.

You will then be asked to Confirm Deletion.

Please note - If an error message is displayed, there are active or archived records and/or subfolders within the folder. You will need to move the records and/or move or delete the sub-folders from the folder in order to successfully delete it.
