Step by step

Once you have logged in, click View all folders & records on the dashboard.

Please note - make sure you are in Folder view.

To move a top-level folder, click and drag the folder using the Drag icon to the left of the folder name. Drag the folder up or down depending on where you want it to land.

To move a sub-folder, or move a top-level folder to a sub-folder, click on the Three dots icon to the right of the folder. Click Move.

From the pop-up window, click on the folder you would like to move the folder into. If you would like to move a sub-folder to a top-level folder, click Root Folder. Click Save.

Please note - you will not be able to move a top-level folder into its own sub-folder. You will need to move the sub-folder to a top-level folder first.
